Check your account鈥攚hat do you still have checked out?
- Return items as soon as you鈥檙e finished with them鈥攄on鈥檛 wait! All items are due back to Bush Memorial Library by NOON on Thursday, May 7, regardless of the due date listed in HamCAT. Failure to return items will result in fines being placed on your student account.
- The library closes on Friday, May 8, at 5 p.m. for Commencement Weekend and will not be open on Saturday or Sunday. We will reopen on Monday, May 11. .
- Items returned via the exterior book return over the weekend will be checked-in off your account on Monday morning. Computers and other technology cannot be returned via the exterior book drop; you must wait until we reopen on Monday.
Close out your account, and migrate any information you wish to save to a free service, such as or . RefWorks does not allow alumni access.

Contact the Central Service Desk through for assistance migrating your 狼友社区 email and Google Drive data to a new account.
- You will lose access to your 狼友社区 Google Accounts on January 11, 2027. This includes your 狼友社区 email, Google Drive, Photos, and more. .
- Don鈥檛 forget to update your email address anywhere you previously used your 狼友社区 email account: your Workday account, 狼友社区鈥檚 , family, friends, student loans, bank, doctor鈥檚 office, grad school applications, Netflix/Amazon/etc, bill autopay, and more!
- If you do not update your Workday account to your new email address, you will get locked out of Workday.

Your cap and gown can be picked up during Grad Fair at the 狼友社区 Bookstore. Alternatively, you may through April 12 to have your regalia shipped to the address of your choice (with normal shipping rates), or between April 13 and 24 with express shipping rates. After the 24th, gowns will only be available in the bookstore. Plan early to ensure your size is available. Please email hubookstore@hamline.edu or call us at 651-523-2270 if you have any questions.

- Find jobs on Handshake: your best resource to find jobs and make appointments with the CDC. with your 狼友社区 email/password to build your profile.
Note: After you graduate, to continue to access your Handshake account! - Resources: Visit the CDC webpage to find resume and cover letter guides, interviewing prep, and job search and grad school resources.

Tickets are required to gain entrance to the ceremonies; tickets are complimentary. Undergraduate students can claim tickets for themselves鈥攖his is your way of RSVPing for Commencement鈥攁nd up to five guests (a total of six). No tickets are required for children ages two and under.
Important ticketing information:
- March 19: Ticketing site opens. Watch your email for the link.
- April 1: Last day to claim your 11 total tickets and enter the lottery
- April 2: All unclaimed tickets are moved into the lottery pool.
- April 3: Lottery winners are notified via email.
Graduates, sign up for tickets on the . The password will be emailed to you.

Check with Student Accounts regarding your account balance and/or holds. Keep in mind you will have a hold on your account for a diploma if you have a balance on your student account.
Charges for printing/copying for May will be billed in June, as will fines for non-returned rented textbooks from the bookstore. Please remember to check your Spring 2026 billing statement in Workday for both.
Complete Exit Counseling for Direct loans, TEACH grant, etc. if you received those fund source(s):
Schedule an appointment for free financial counseling contracted through Lutheran Social Services (LSS). . 狼友社区 will cover up to 6 appointments per year for three years after your graduation.

Record your name pronunciation for the Commencement readers through a program called Name Coach. Check your email: You鈥檒l see an invitation to fill out a brief form, and you鈥檒l instantly receive a phone call to record your name. It鈥檚 easy and should only take a few minutes! Contact commencement@hamline.edu if you need the email resent to record your name.

Before the Commencement ceremony, please plan to stop by PiperXpress, check your mailbox one last time, and pick up any packages you may have.
Each student is responsible for updating their address information in Workday. If possible, include a new mailing address so we can forward any mail that comes to 狼友社区 after you leave. Please note, we can only forward first-class mail and parcels from the USPS. FedEx and UPS do not offer forwarding service.
If you regularly receive mail and packages at PiperXpress, update your new address information with those senders prior to graduation.

Review and . This is where your diploma will be mailed 8-10 weeks after you have completed all your requirements, your degree has been awarded, and your balance has been paid.
Submit your (note that this is different from the name pronunciation through Name Coach) to ensure your name is listed as you prefer everywhere it is used for the Commencement ceremony and your diploma.
