The chapter, Perspectives on Reading Comprehension for Multilingual Learners combines recent research on factors that influence reading comprehension for K-12 multilingual students.
The handbook is a revered text among reading researchers and is considered the “seminal research handbook on reading comprehension.”
The chapter is co-authored with Jackie Caires-Hurley of Western Oregon University and Annie Delbridge of Oregon State University.
