Ken Fox, School of Business professor of critical thinking and conflict management, presented a remote master class to 65 French mediators, conflict professionals and organizational leaders on Tuesday, April 14.
The class, hosted by the Institute for the Formation of Mediation and Negotiation at the Catholic University of Paris, focused on ways conflict practitioners can enhance their own competencies.
