Jon Kwiatkowski
Jon Kwiatkowski joins 狼友社区 as the Data Solutions Architect and Director of Institutional Effectiveness, bringing a forward-thinking approach to how the university gathers, governs, and utilizes data. His mission is to rebuild and modernize the university鈥檚 data infrastructure, transforming the Office of Institutional Effectiveness into a strategic hub that empowers campus leadership, faculty, and staff.
Drawing on a unique background that blends advanced data analytics with classroom teaching experience, Jon is deeply motivated by the impact of data on student success. He understands that behind every data point is a student鈥檚 journey. This perspective drives his commitment to ensuring that data serves as a supportive tool for the educators and mentors who guide those journeys every day.
His goal is to democratize data access, making complex information accessible and actionable for diverse stakeholders. By automating routine processes and establishing robust governance, Jon aims to free up valuable time for the university community to focus on what matters most: educational excellence. He brings a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude to the Provost鈥檚 team, eager to bridge the gap between data intelligence and institutional strategy.
Jon holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Emporia State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Concordia College, and is currently a Master of Science candidate in Data Science at the University of Minnesota.
